Shipping policy

Shipping within the UK is charged at a rate of £2.98 for 'large letters' under 100g (generally single item and small item orders) and £4.75 for small parcels. Shipping to Europe and the Rest of World is charged according to the packed weight of your order (as are UK orders, where shipping weight exceeds 500g).

The majority of orders will be despatched within 1 working day and almost all within two. We always use first-class post so delivery will normally be the day after despatch. Please phone us if an item is particularly urgent and we may be able to expedite things further. International orders are always sent by the fastest reasonably priced method - International Tracked and Signed - but can take longer. Again, please phone if you need a tracking number.

To assist expeditious delivery, the Post Office requires our customers to provide correct addresses and post codes and we cannot be responsible for the consequences if postcodes or any other part of the address is absent or incorrect.

Customers ordering Customised/Bespoke Items or Wholesale/Bulk orders will be notified of the estimated time of despatch, shortly after placing their orders.

If your item is not in stock, we shall inform you, as soon as is practically possibly, of the estimated time of despatch; and, in the unlikely event that your order cannot be fulfilled within 28 days, the option of order cancellation will be offered.

All credit and debit cards are subjected to checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your credit or debit card refuses to authorise payment, we will not be liable for any resulting delay in delivery, or non-delivery. Tax Charges.

All prices on the Smart Turnout London website are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current UK rate. Please contact us for a refund if you are exempt from VAT for any reason.
